International students without United States Social Security numbers will need to send an email to ASHIVLID@aetna.com. Please include your first name, last name, date of birth, school name and which product you wish to enroll in. We will respond to your request within two business days.

Out-of-network claims
As an Aetna Vision Preferred member, you can visit any eye care provider, but when you stay within the participating locations, you could pay less out of pocket. If you do choose to go to an out-of-network provider, submitting a claim is easy. Log in to AetnaVision.com to access our electronic claim form. Upload your receipts and submit.
